Everything we build,
everything we restore

From attic insulation to full commercial renovations, A complete directory of what we do, and the project photos to back it up.

Insulation

Seal the leaks, cut the bills

Proper insulation is the single highest-ROI upgrade in most homes and buildings. We spec the right material, install it correctly, and air-seal before we're done.

Attic Insulation

Blown-in fiberglass or cellulose installed to the correct R-value for Kansas's climate zone — with full air sealing before we add any material. Most attics we see are under-insulated by 30–50%.

  • R-38 to R-60 attic coverage depending on existing depth
  • Attic air sealing at penetrations and bypasses
  • Baffle installation for proper ventilation
  • Post-install blower door test available

Spray Foam Insulation

Open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam for applications where air sealing and insulation must work together — rim joists, crawlspaces, cathedralized attics, and difficult geometries.

  • Closed-cell SPF for vapor control and structural rigidity
  • Open-cell SPF for interior sound and thermal applications
  • Rim joist and band joist sealing
  • Cathedralized attic and sloped ceiling systems

Crawlspace Encapsulation

A properly encapsulated crawlspace is drier, warmer, and healthier than a vented one. We install heavy-duty vapor barriers, insulate the rim joist and walls, and address existing moisture issues.

  • 20-mil reinforced polyethylene vapor barrier
  • Crawlspace wall and rim joist insulation
  • Drain tile and sump pump coordination
  • Dehumidifier installation and vent sealing

Retrofit Wall Insulation

Dense-pack blown insulation into existing wall cavities — no demolition, no drywall removal. A small hole is drilled per stud bay, the cavity filled under pressure, and the hole patched.

  • Dense-pack cellulose or fiberglass
  • Suitable for balloon-frame and platform-frame walls
  • Minimal interior disruption
  • Works with original siding or stucco
